An empty layout with a wrapper for additional Bootstrap classes

The 100% empty layout is designed to be used within Nester layouts. It removes all columns, containers and rows and provides an empty layout. This should not be used on its own as it will not align elements correctly.

Settings 

Setting Description Default
Section classes  Add Bootstrap classes to the section wrapper i.e. mb-5 bg-light etc  
Data-UID A unique ID of the container for skip to links
